We Are Stronger Together!
Thank you to everyone who joined the 2022 African Road ‘Growing Stronger Together’ Gala Fundraiser on Sunday, July 24th. The presence and care of hundreds of guests together online and in person was felt by the Changemakers, volunteers, and the entire gala team. It’s amazing to see what is possible when we all join together.
A beautiful setting, energetic dancing, and drumming, paired with heartfelt sharing from David Clemy, Consoler Wilbert, and Eliya Wilbert made for a memorable evening.
The generosity of friends and donors raised a fantastic $183,400! These funds enable African Road to continue to strategically walk alongside Changemakers in East Africa, to amplify their impact. This means equipping more leaders, establishing more VICOBA Plus groups, empowering more girls, fostering more hope, and growing more partnerships.
